As a Native Floridian, MaryGrace developed an affinity for the Emerald Coast area when vacationing with friends and family, specifically for its unique characteristics and community atmosphere. She is a graduate of Florida State University and began her career in Real Estate after moving to Atlanta, Georgia. She quickly found her passion for Real Estate, working for a Regional Residential Real Estate Developer on projects in Atlanta, GA, Charleston, SC, and Amelia Island, FL.
MaryGrace became a sought-after Broker Associate representing re-sale properties, but also worked with several Award-Winning Builders in Atlanta and surrounding areas selling custom new construction homes. It was through those experiences that she gained a reputation for capturing the needs and desires of her many clients by providing them with a tailored experience and exceeding expectations at every turn.
She returned to Florida and settled in the Emerald Coast area in 2015. She brought to the panhandle Real Estate market a metropolitan mindset coupled with a small-town sensibility. MaryGrace earns the respect of her clients with her integrity and strong work ethic. She is known for her extensive market knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of building & design trends.
